again if the title is in your name? Why do I doubt that? You have to do that state's normal inspection, no doubt, but I *highly* doubt you need to go through the whole salvage inspection thing again. I bought a salvaged Blazer from a friend years ago in NJ. It was salvaged due to theft, but the title didn't specify that - just had the little "S" for salvage. I didn't have to do any special inspection to get the title transfered to me (I kept the inspection that was on the truck since it was still valid - but I obviously had to register/insure it in my name, this transferring the title). Then I moved to NY with that same truck. I had less problems switching the title than I did getting my NY driver's license. In fact, it took me almost a year to get my license, but only the normal 15 minutes in the DMV to get the title transfered.
